Acquired from the Ross Foundation in 2004. Home of the TRIO programs until 2022, when the staff moved due to the deteriorating nature of the house and a lack of maintenance. The Edwards House was razed on September 3rd, 2025, in preparation for the Reddie Recreation Complex.
