Horton House

Former site of the University Police station. Dr. Horton was a professor and Head of the Chemistry Department at Henderson from 1930 until his retirement on June 30, 1962. He lived in Arkadelphia a few years after his retirement before selling his home and moving to Enid, Oklahoma, where his son, Dr. Philip B. Horton, and family lived.
