History
The house on the northwest corner of the campus formerly occupied by the President and his family was converted for use as the Girls' Senior Home in 1922. The Seniors christened their new home "Dew Drop Inn", with the warning, "Dew be careful when yew drop in".
But the next year, on March 6, 1923, the Trustees designated it as a "dormitory for Academy girls". In 1928, the house became a temporary Men's Dormatory after they had accidently burned down Goodloe Hall. They accidently burned down this house a year later.
In 1934, the College constructed new tennis courts on this site.
