History
This building served as the home of Henderson’s Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity until 1999. “We just weren’t able to occupy and tend to a house built to support 32 or more people. The bills alone were killing us,” said 2004 president Thomas Nichols. After the fraternity moved out, the building became the International Student Center. Sigma Epsilon was “homeless” for almost five years before it moved into a new house.
